I am a passionate woman. I am a person with opinions, yet I am not “opinionated”.  I am engaging and fun…spontaneous, bold….deeply loving. I am creative and intuitive. I am a mom…a wife…a daughter…a sister, etc. I have an addiction to color….no white walls for me thanks! I love to bake, yet only cook to keep my family from starving. I love to travel…and I value adventure. I LOVE connection to others….. I live to meet people and learn about their lives. I am spiritual, yet not aligned with a specific religion. I tune into and trust universal energy. I live daily with an attitude of gratitude. I believe in unconditional self love, and in unconditional love of others.

I’ve had a varied professional past. I’ve worked in both small biz and large corp. accounting and human resources. I’ve also worked in the creative world of the Salon / Spa industry where I owned an Aveda Concept Salon. I’ve designed, produced and sold a jewelry line. In my younger years…I worked every part time job known to man. From various retail stores, to marketing research, to a liquor store… you name it…all fun. Why? Because of the people I met and interacted with.

I am a Certified Life Coach & Certified Six Sensory Practitioner. (Combining the arts of coaching and intuitive work simply means that I coach with clues, which is very effective) I enjoy my work immensely. And, to keep my hands creatively busy, I have remained connected with a few of my salon women who I refer to as the “Magnificent Divas”. These are precious long term relationships (some of 15 years) that I treasure for the sake of connection, more than just for the art form/work. I have not had a lot of time as of late to make jewelry, so to feed my addiction to bangly bling bling, I’m also a (PT) rep for the Silpada Jewelry Co.

I have 2 daughters. Parenting is also an art. (LOL) My kids are normal teenagers. I vowed not to write too much about their current lives.  (Damn…lots of good stuff there…but hey, I will respect their privacy.) I have a great husband….and same goes for writing too much about him. (Damn again!) 

I have “other” residents in my home. (Circa 1778) They don’t care if I write about them, so I will from time to time. They are very entertaining. My house in general is very entertaining…so I will tell the story of it and will honor it with it’s own category.

Well, that about sums me up. I have been moved to begin writing. It has come to me in my dreams…it comes to me in daily message thoughts. I am done responding to these messages with “about what…write about what?” Also, I believe in body wisdom, and my left shoulder has been bothering me for about 3 weeks. I did nothing to “hurt” my shoulder, yet am in enough pain to be enduring a few weeks of physical therapy. I am a lefty when it comes to writing. Say no more. It’s time to write!

Here I am world! I will write about whatever is on my mind. And, I will write about it with full transparency. My hopes are that you are entertained and perhaps even informed, and that you’ll feel moved to connect with me from time to time.

Mostly…my hope is that you’ll SMILE!
